J's Good Grub LLC was started by Jay Johnson and his wife Antoinette.  Jay has always loved to cook and create new and exciting items. Jay and Antoinette took a leap on faith, bought a food truck and used the information they researched to began this journey.  We took the time to learn from our mistakes and create what works best for us and our team and turn this business into what it is today.  We are active in our community, we feed the homeless shelter, participate in local festivals, events, support local schools and serve lunch to the local businesses.  You can find us all over Owensboro KY.  We love that our food is cook to order and served with great quality, passion and of course a smile.
